My role within the company, other than being both a mascot and style guru, is to meet with clients to gain insight into project requirements. Based on this feedback, I then product an RTM document consisting business requirements for the desired goals. The next stage is production of the tagging guide where I specify what tags will be needed in order to accomplish each business requirement. After implementation of these tags, I can begin configuration and start analysing data to view user trends.
